tHAWT Episode #85: The FCC Stimulates the Economy

In this episode Mark and I found the week to be a little shy on news. Thankfully the regulators gave us something to talk about. First, the FCC ruled on putting backup power on all of more the 210,000 cell phone towers, and then there was Ofcom and their innovative spectrum auction (well we *think* it is innovative based on our reading the report).
