Another request we received was to say a few words about something called a Mean Opinion Score (MOS). Not sure what that is? Well, the name all but gives it away. It's an average, also known as the "mean." It's an opinion, so we know it's going to be just a bit subjective. And it's a score, so at the end of the day, it's a number. In this case, a bigger number is a better number.
Ahhh... but what does it score? Your voice, of course. Or, more correctly, the quality of your voice when it is carried across a packet network. So this too is about Voice over IP (VoIP), although it could be about voice over any packet network. Paul will explain it to you.
