PodSnacks: Optical Carrier vs. Synchronous Transport Signal

Today (and tomorrow) we're going to look at a few words associated with SONET. Today we focus on the terms Optical Carrier (OC) and Synchronous Transport Signal (STS). These terms are often used interchangeably, but they have a specific meaning. Once again, we're going to bring back a former colleague, Walter Goralski, to explain it to you.
